Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Information we collect

ABSend collects information needed to provide job lookup, document signing, invoicing, billing, and account administration services. This may include account profile details, user names, email addresses, company or location details, session information, job and customer records, invoice details, document records, signature activity, and support or configuration information submitted by authorized users.

When an authorized administrator connects QuickBooks, we may receive and store connection details such as the QuickBooks company identifier, authorization tokens, product or service items, customer information, invoice information, and related status information that the administrator has authorized us to access.

How we use information

We use information to operate ABSend, authenticate users, retrieve job data, prepare and send documents for signature, create and send invoices, support QuickBooks-connected workflows, manage subscriptions and billing, provide customer support, improve reliability, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising or for unrelated third-party marketing.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to provide the service, including with service providers that host, secure, email, bill, process documents, or support the application; with connected integrations authorized by your organization, such as QuickBooks; with your organization and its administrators; and when required for legal, security, or compliance reasons.

Third-party services may process information under their own terms and privacy notices when your organization chooses to connect or use those services.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or compliance requirements. Retention periods may vary based on account settings, transaction history, connected services, and applicable obligations.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

Authorized users and administrators may update account settings, disconnect integrations, or request deletion or correction of information where available and legally permitted. Some information may need to be retained for security, audit, billing, legal, or transaction record purposes.

If your access was provided by an organization, that organization may control certain account, job, invoice, and document records. Privacy requests should be directed to your organization or your usual ABSend support contact.

Children's privacy

ABSend is a business application and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
