ABSend

End-user License Agreement

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Acceptance

This End-user License Agreement governs access to and use of ABSend. By signing in to or using ABSend, you agree to this Agreement on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization that provided your access.

If your organization has a separate written agreement covering the service, that agreement controls if it conflicts with this Agreement.

License

Subject to this Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ABSend for your organization's internal business purposes.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, lease, or provide unauthorized access to ABSend, except as expressly allowed by law or by a separate written agreement.

Accounts and authorized users

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify your organization or your usual ABSend support contact if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may use the service only if you are authorized by the organization that provided your access.

Customer data and integrations

ABSend may process job records, customer details, documents, signatures, invoices, payment status information, and connected integration data as directed by authorized users and administrators.

If you connect QuickBooks or another third-party service, you authorize the service to exchange information with that provider for the requested workflow. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit, access, and process that information.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, submit malicious code, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data except through provided features, or process information you are not authorized to use.

Ownership

ABSend, including its software, design, workflows, documentation, and related materials, is owned by its provider or licensors. Except for the limited license above, no rights are transferred to you.

Your organization retains its rights in information it submits to the service, subject to the rights needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

Third-party services

The service may connect to third-party platforms such as QuickBooks and other document, payment, email, billing, or business systems. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, and availability.

ABSend is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Service changes and availability

Features may be updated, added, limited, suspended, or discontinued from time to time. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is and as available, to the maximum extent allowed by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the provider of the service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate this Agreement, if your organization removes your access, if required by law or security concerns, or if the service is discontinued.

Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
